Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our products being virtual and in PDF format, we do not accept returns. However, we offer a refund policy under certain conditions.

Refund Conditions:

To be eligible for a refund, the buyer must follow these 2 steps below:

Initiate the Refund Request within 1 Hour:

• The refund request must be initiated within one hour of the purchase.
• Requests made after this time frame will not be considered.

• Include your order ID and phone number in the form.

Once we receive your email and the completed refund request form, we will review your request. If the request meets the specified conditions, we will process the refund. Please allow 2 Weeks for the refund to be processed.
